A tension fabric exhibition booth is the modern standard for trade shows, corporate events, product launches, and roadshows worldwide. The HelloDisplay Exhibition Booth Series covers more than 40 configurations across two core sizes: 3x3 metres (the standard single lot at most trade shows globally) and 3x6 metres (the double lot). Within each size, you will find straight back walls, curved panels, L-shapes, U-shapes, T-shapes, and multi-panel island configurations — each designed for a different booth layout and event type.

Every booth uses dye-sublimation printed stretch polyester fabric. The print bonds permanently into the fibre rather than sitting on the surface, producing colours that are vivid, accurate, and resistant to fading across dozens of setups. The fabric is cut and sewn to pillowcase dimensions: it slips over the assembled frame and self-tensions as it stretches, eliminating wrinkles without any additional fixings.

Accessories available with each configuration include podium counters, LED lighting strips, TV mounts, and hanging banner attachments. Free artwork design is included with every order — submit your logo, brand colours, and key messages, and the design team produces print-ready artwork for your approval before production begins.

Production lead time is 7 to 12 business days from artwork sign-off, with delivery across Malaysia and international freight available for bulk orders. The aluminium frame is a long-term reusable asset: when your campaign changes, you reprint the fabric graphic and fit it to the same frame.
